1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services provided by Classycles (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our online platform and via authorized third-party retailers.
1.2 By purchasing from us, whether directly or through a retailer, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 These Terms are governed by Dutch law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
1.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2.1 We offer new clothing items and second-hand bicycles, restored to the best of our ability.
2.2 Product prices, including VAT, are clearly displayed on our website. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
2.3 All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings or other factors.
2.4 For second-hand bicycles, minor cosmetic wear and tear is expected. We guarantee that any significant mechanical issues will be disclosed prior to sale.

3.1 Orders can be placed through our website or via authorized retail partners. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit cards, iDEAL, PayPal).
3.3 If you purchase through a retail partner, their payment terms may apply in addition to ours. Ensure you review their terms and conditions.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, payment issues, or if fraud is suspected. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4.1 We offer delivery within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address.
4.4 If you purchase our products through a retailer, shipping and delivery policies will be determined by the retailer.

5.1 For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at **contact@classycles.com** within 14 days of receiving the product. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product in its original, unused condition.
5.3 For second-hand bicycles, returns are accepted only if there is a material defect not disclosed at the time of sale. Minor cosmetic issues are not grounds for return.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
5.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6.1 New clothing items are covered by statutory warranty rights as defined by Dutch and EU consumer laws. This means the product must meet the expectations for quality and performance that a reasonable person would have.
6.2 Second-hand bicycles are sold “as-is” without a standard commercial warranty. We ensure that significant mechanical defects will be disclosed prior to sale. If a material issue arises within 30 days, please contact us.
6.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

7.1 We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with Dutch and EU data protection laws.
7.2 By using our website and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
7.3 If you purchase through a third-party retailer, their privacy policy may also apply, and you should review it separately.

8.1 If you purchase our products through a third-party retailer, their terms of sale, returns, and warranties will apply in addition to our Terms.
8.2 We are not responsible for disputes arising from purchases made through independent retailers, but we will support resolving issues related to the authenticity or quality of our products.

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the update.
10.2 Continued use of our website and services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
